"What if" is at the very core of everything Tia does. Tia demands quality work from her teammates and holds the entire team accountable. I have first-hand witnessed Tia take charge in a big way, have numerous tough conversations to breakthrough bad habits, and swiftly take action and set standards. When Tia saw an opportunity to correct a flawed filing system, she implemented an organized plan for consistency. When Tia saw an opportunity to ensure Creative had a seat at the table earlier on in the project process, she asked for it and started a new recurring leadership discussion. When Tia saw a hole in our process, she pulled in the change-makers to find a smarter way to work. Tia is not only brave herself, but brings out the bravery in others. I am inspired by her leadership every day.

Tia approaches everything with intentionality. I literally mean everything. From organic social posts to national TV spots to guiding and lifting up young creatives, Tia's thoughtful in the way she approaches the work and the way she builds relationships with her teams. She doesn't let the complexity of the account bog her down. She cuts right through it with her positive attitude and sharp mind. She's solution-oriented and builds strong foundations for the work and the team to thrive. Her thoughtfulness is the reason our team is seeing so much success and receiving positive response after positive response. She has truly brought a wave of "change" to the account.

Tia wears every damn hat that is available in the building. An Associate Design Director by day, she moonlights as a strategist and thinks like a Brand Leader. Tia knows our business — and our clients (their quirks, their triggers, their motivators) as well as we do. She strings every word she writes and every word she speaks, specifically for the audience with the utmost intention. Tia doesn't "do" anything — she carefully crafts *everything.* Tia is there when you need someone to make you laugh and she is down with you in the details, in the weeds, yet standing tall, acting as a light and a leader. She is firm in her decisions but inviting of feedback and opinions. Every meeting I am in with Tia, is better because Tia is there. She pokes holes, she asks hard questions, she makes us and our work stronger. She brings joy and adds good EVERYWHERE she goes.
